Our FAQs
Is there a charge on bids or estimates?
No all of our bids and estimates are free.
What can I do to extend the life of my fire sprinkler system?
Get it inspected and maintenance at least on an annual basis. The more frequently inspected the better chance to catch any problems that could prevent it from operating properly in time of emergency.
Why do I need a fire suppression/sprinkler system?
Fire service and safety organizations promote sprinkler systems for life safety but are also intended for property protection. NFPA research indicates that fire sprinklers can reduce the risk of property damage by 70 percent. However, the standard’s focus is life safety.
What should I do if I have painted sprinkler heads?
Any painted sprinkler (other than painted by manufacturer) or sprinklers that show any sign of leakage, corroded, damaged or loaded, or is in the improper orientation needs to be replaced per NFPA 25 STANDARDS.
How often must I have my backflow tested?
All backflow devices installed in a fire protection system piping must be tested annually.
Do you offer 24 hour emergency service?
Yes we offer 24 hour emergency service with a two hour estimated arrival within city limits and longer estimated times out of city limits throughout the state.
Will all fire sprinklers go off once one of them is activated?
No, only those located near the source of the fire or heat will activate.
